Welcome to UpLiftU, a wellness and health guidance app developed and operated by Aivolved Technologies Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the UpLiftU mobile application (the “App”) and the services provided through it.

We collect personal and health-related data (e.g., photos, questionnaire responses) to provide tailored diet and wellness recommendations.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including graphics, UI design, and underlying code, are the property of Aivolved Technologies Pvt Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Termination

UpLiftU is not a medical service. Recommendations are based on AI/ML interpretation and should not substitute professional healthcare advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of UpLiftU.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted at https://aivolved.com/terms-of-service, and your continued use of the App after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
